मूल विवरण Basic details
प्रकाशक के अधिकृत व्यक्ति का विवरण भरें। शेष विवरण (पोर्टल / एप, पैन / जीएसटी, बैंक, दस्तावेज़) लॉगिन के बाद आवेदन-पत्र में भरे जायेंगे; अनुमोदन के बाद प्रकाशक विज्ञापनादेश (RO) देख कर कार्य पूर्णता एवं बीजक प्रस्तुत कर सकेगा। Enter the publisher's authorised person. The portal / app, PAN / GST, bank and documents are filled in the application after login; after approval the publisher sees its release orders (RO) and submits work completion and bills.

आगे क्या करें? What next?
- पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल और पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करें। Log in with the registered mobile number or email and your password.
- लॉगिन के बाद सूचीबद्धता का आवेदन-पत्र भरें — पोर्टल / एप, पैन / जीएसटी / आधार, बैंक एवं दस्तावेज़। After login, fill the empanelment application — portal / app, PAN / GST / Aadhaar, bank and documents.
- अनुभाग से अपर निदेशक तक अनुमोदन के बाद विज्ञापनादेश (RO) डीएससी सहित प्राप्त होंगे; कार्य पूर्णता (स्क्रीनशॉट, गूगल एनालिटिक) एवं बीजक प्रस्तुत करें। After approval from the Section to the Additional Director, you receive DSC-signed ROs; submit work completion (screenshots, Google Analytics) and bills.
